I am still alive...I PROMISE!!! I know it has been awhile since I have posted anything. I have been totally greedy and am going through a life-changing experience right now. I have been doing this 30-day cleanse diet and am LOVING it! After just over 2 weeks I have lost over 9 pounds and over 17 inches off my body and I am feeling so much better! So, my reasoning for not doing a kit is that normally I create kits at nighttime when the kids are in bed. But now, due to this cleanse, I have had the energy to exercise, and so I have been.
I'm not going to go into too much detail about the products I'm using (if you are interested, you can read about it on my "Summer Time To Get Healthy" blog where I have started to journal my journey: www.summertimetogethealthy.blogspot.com). If you are interested after looking into it, then please contact me if you are wanting to get started. It is a side business opportunity for me, so if you order through me it will help me out (and it can become a side business for you too!)
Okay, so one day I was sitting at the table with my kids. They were munching on their popcorn and I was munching on my new favorite cravings: apples and almonds. (Keep in mind that my old favorite cravings were cookies and brownies, so I have come a long way!) As I sat there and looked at those apples and almonds I thought, "That's a really pretty color combination." And lo and behold I got straight to work on this new kit. I hope you enjoy it!
