I had emailed contact support at 4shared.com. She had me email her the links that weren't working. I don't know if she did anything about it because her email reply back to me said this:
Thank you for letting us know! I have tried to open the links on my end and they
work fine for me. Most probably, the issue was caused by a temporary
connection problem which has been already resolved. Please try to download the files again.
It looks like according to some of your responses that it seems to be working better now. So sorry!!! Have a great day!

I was able to download the files just now, so that's a good sign.
That response from their customer service is so nonspecific that it doesn't really tell you much. It sounds like there was a problem on their end, but that they took care of it. (The fact that the download problems were widespread geographically and persisted for several days shows it wasn't something on the end-user side.)

Hi Summer Papers 1 now downloads without any problems but it wasnt downloading at all for two days, it just kept reloading the downloading page.
Thanks so much for getting them to sort it out, maybe to many people were trying to use it at the same time which caused the problem.

Thanks ladies. I truly am sorry. It seems to be that when I first post a new kit, that the traffic is pretty high so it looks like waiting a few days sort of filters out the "traffic jam." Thanks again for being patient! ~Summer
