It seems that as of late, designing kits has become a seasonal thing. I appreciate the emails checking to see that I'm alive and ticking. I also apologize to the emails that I haven't been able to respond to. A lot of you have written to ask me how to get started with designing your own papers, and as much as I want to individually respond, I just can't. One day I hope to start doing tutorials to show some techniques I've figured out. But just to let you all know, I am perfectly healthy and well, just a busy mom of 4 little ones (I am now an official "soccer mom" of 3 of them) with a husband who travels a lot. Other things keep me busy, but I am not forgetting you!
Alright, today I woke up and the forecast said it would be 75 degrees. I instantly felt all chipper as I knew that PERHAPS this meant fall was FINALLY here in the desert. This week it had still been in the 90's (which I know to all of you who are already freezing, you're probably thinking I should be grateful for this warm weather)...but when it's hot for so long here, it gets to the point where I want to leave the windows open instead of run the air conditioning. (And guess what?!?!?! On Saturday it's going to be in the low 60's!!!!!!!!!)
Anyways, fall is my favorite season. I know I've said it before and you're probably tired of hearing it, but it just brings so many happy memories to me. Pumpkin bread, hot cocoa, high school football games, spice candles, family time, Thanksgiving, and the list goes on! I love this season, it is the best of FALL! (Get it?)

P.S. The frame below is in the kit, but there are other colored frames in the kit as well as other colored flourish scrolls. Just place the scroll above the frame, size it the way you like it, and put a drop shadow behind the scroll to make it pop out more.

Thanks for the lovely kit! I agree with you about the heat - here in Florida, it has been horrid, but the past couple of weeks, the highs have dropped to the 80's & the lows even into the low 70's or high 60's. Heavenly!
