Hello friends! I hope your summer is going well. I have been enjoying having my kids home from school and not waking up to an alarm clock (well, on most days that is).
When I think of my favorite summertime memories, they involve summers spent with my family at a rented beach house. My siblings and I loved to collect seashells, build sand castles and even stick our hands way down deep in the sand to feel little white things try to crawl out (I think they were little crabs). I would love sleeping upstairs where we could open the windows and listen to the ocean waves rock us to sleep.
This kit brings back a little of that nostalgia for me. I hope you enjoy it as well as the rest of your summer!

It's great to hear that you are alive and well. I have missed you posting, but completely understand your reasons for not doing so. Our children grow up so fast that we shouldn't miss a single moment, because we'll never get it back. Mine are in their late teens now and oh how I wish I could do all that stuff again and not work so much or so hard.
I know posting is taking a back seat - but when you have some time, please could you give us an update on Brittany? Also all the other children and friends you have posted about before. The friend who had a tragic accident while riding her bike is often on my mind - I managed to make a small donation too, but a progress report would be welcome - when you have a moment of course (easier said than done - right?).
Thank you for the new kit you've done for us. I'm going to take great pleasure in downloading it - the colours look stunning together.
Now, it remains for me to wish you a fabulous summer with your children - make sure you have loads of fun, and remember to document it in pictures...
